CCRTV INTERACTIVA is the Catalan Broadcasting Corporation company that creates and distributes the content generated by Televisió de Catalunya and Catalunya Ràdio for interactive media like the Internet, Teletext, mobile phones, PDAs, DTT, etc.

Its will is to keep CCMA at the forefront of the market for content in new media formats, and to contribute to promoting the language and culture of Catalonia.

This television portal provides detailed, regularly updated information on the programming of Televisió de Catalunya’s five channels, including an interactive programming schedule. Twenty-four-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week information portal offering current news through interactive communication channels and from any point in the globe – Internet, Teletext, PDA, mobile telephones (SMS, MMS), Digital Terrestrial Television, and so on. 3cat24.cat replaces the information portal www.telenoticies.cat / www.catalunyainformacio.cat (created in 2002), which was a point of reference for its quality and credibility on the Net.

The portal 3cat24.cat favours in a very special way the audiovisual aspect of news items, which is complemented with materials elaborated by the newsrooms of Televisió de Catalunya and Catalunya Ràdio. iCat fm is a new concept of a music radio station that features complete integration of radio and Internet. On iCat fm, FM broadcasts are combined with a synchronized Internet portal providing further information on what is being broadcast at any given moment. www.icatfm.cat is synchronized with radio broadcasts, showing in real time what is being played on the radio and providing additional information that enriches traditional radio broadcasts. It also provides access to the three iCat FM stations that are only broadcast over the Internet: iCatJazz, MusiCatles and Totcat, and has an audio file of all the items played. The web site for the iCat FM station opens up new possibilities, allowing program directors and presenters to publish content in real time.
